Edelweiss+Analytics Integration with CARL•X and Library•Solution

Above the Treeline and The Library Corporation are excited to announce streamlined integration with the CARL•X and Library•Solution ILSs and Edelweiss+Analytics. Libraries who use either of these ILSs will now enjoy a simple process to create data feeds for Edelweiss+Analytics, resulting in a smooth, hassle-free setup process. To celebrate this partnership, interested libraries will receive a free 90-day trial of the Basecamp tier of Edelweiss+Analytics, including the innovative State of the Collection report.

The Edelweiss+ platform is used by over 100,000 book professionals to sell, discover, and order new titles. It hosts digital catalogs from all major publishers and over 95% of the US frontlist titles. Edelweiss+Analytics is an add-on module that allows libraries to simplify collection management and benchmark their performance. It helps librarians identify circulation trends, weed stale titles, select faster circulating titles, compare location and collection performance, benchmark to libraries and retailers across the country, and more. Edelweiss+Analytics has three tiers available to meet the needs of libraries of varying size. Alpine is an individual Edelweiss+ user premium upgrade. Basecamp and Summit are library organization annual subscriptions, in which a library’s ILS data is integrated into Edelweiss+.

“With the technical setup time greatly reduced and the process simplified, libraries can quickly start using tools to help them manage their collection and maximize their budgets,” said John Rubin, Founder and CEO of Above the Treeline, the company behind the book industry platform Edelweiss+. “Edelweiss+Analytics compliments the TLC systems well, and we’re pleased to offer this integration to our common clients.”
