Reps can set a priority for some or all titles, as a way to indicate the relative importance of titles to the buyers or others reading the catalog you share with them.

To re-prioritize the titles in a catalog for your accounts, or hide titles, look at the Catalog column in the List View or below the cover image on the Detail Page. The Rep Priority defaults to Medium for all titles, but you can change it to High, Low or Hidden. (More about hiding titles in one of the next help articles). Your customer (or you) will be able to sort or filter by the Rep Priority– viewing High titles first, Medium titles second, etc. This is useful when you think that the catalog sequence isn't the best indicator of the most important title for an account.

Some reps and buyers have used the priorities to sort by or filter for only High priority titles, and discuss those ones first and in most detail in a sales call.
