Linda A. Duggins
Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, Edelweiss+

With a career that spans 25 years in the publishing industry, Linda A. Duggins believes that literature, the arts, community engagement, and reading are crucial elements to making the world a better place. For Edelweiss, as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, she works with her colleagues to develop and implement innovative and comprehensive strategies to engage publishing professionals, industry organizations, authors, and community partners. A native New Yorker, Duggins is also the President of the Board of Directors of the Queensbridge Scholarship Fund where she helps to facilitate continuing education scholarships for full-time college students who are residents of Queensbridge and Ravenswood Houses in Queens, NY.

Daniela Plunkett

Daniela Plunkett (they/them) is the Edelweiss Manager for Macmillan Publishers. They hold a BA in Mass Communication from State University of New York (SUNY) College at Oneonta and a MLIS from Queens College, City University of New York (CUNY). They are a lover of literary fiction, poetry, and science fiction.
Annie Rubin
President, Edelweiss+
Annie is the President of Edelweiss+. Early in her career, Annie was part of the core team that grew Caribou Coffee to a national presence. She has experience in management consulting, organizational development, and human development. Annie is currently the Chair of the Foundations Preschool Board of Directors and is in the process of obtaining her Master of Divinity at Chicago Theological Seminary.
Allison Alexander
VP & General Counsel, Clark Enterprises
Allison's career comprises of top tier law firm, in‐house legal, and investment experience. She received her JD degree with honors from University of Maryland School of Law and is a summa cum laude graduate of Syracuse University. Allison serves on the Board of Directors of Children’s Law Center and the Board of Trustees of the National Center for Children and Families.

As an editor and literary agent, Marie has spent 50 years paving the way for marginalized writers and editors. She started Marie Dutton Brown Associates in 1984 to serve as a bridge between writers and editors, always making a point to lift up the marginalized.
Christine Peele
Manager, Detroit Public Library
Christine is a manager at the Detroit Public Library. She’s an alum of Wayne State University and Central Michigan University. She's passionate about ensuring diverse voices and perspectives are available for her patrons and community.
