On Tuesday, March 15, Edelweiss will host an exciting edition of our popular Editors' Picks webinar series featuring a selection of women’s fiction titles. Be prepared to be challenged, to be uplifted and to expand your love and appreciation for women’s fiction overall. This is a fantastic opportunity to generate buzz and enhance discovery for your upcoming titles. The session will be broadly promoted to the Edelweiss community, and the audience will be made up of booksellers, librarians, and reviewers.

 

Publishers can reserve space for $500 and feature 1-2 titles. This reservation includes:

 

  • Your publisher's name in pre-event marketing and communications, which includes an eblast to our entire mailing list, pop-up inside Edelweiss, paid campaigns on social media, and inclusion in targeted monthly newsletters.
  • A 5-minute time slot during the live virtual event to feature 1-2 titles. In the past, the live event has hosted between 200 and 650 viewers. After the event, the recording is not only shared with all registrants but is also shared on social media and in targeted monthly newsletters to librarians and booksellers.
  • Titles are featured in a special newsletter after the event to over 60,000 book buyers and lovers (includes jacket cover, title, author, pub date, and publisher).
  • An Edelweiss collection of these featured titles will be shared on social media (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook) and within Edelweiss Community.

 

Submissions are due by February 3 and space is limited. Submitted titles will be reviewed by our Editors’ Picks committee, and publishers will be notified by February 10. Accepted titles will be included in the March 15 session. We expect an editor or publishing house representative to present any accepted books.

 

Titles must be listed in Edelweiss at the time of the event. We highly recommend adding a review copy in Edelweiss for extra exposure! If you are interested in banner advertising options, please note that in the form below.
