Editors' Picks at Bookfest

FEATURE YOUR TITLES BY BIPOC & LGBTQ+ AUTHORS AT BOOKFEST!

We’re taking our popular Editors’ Picks series to Bookfest to amplify underrepresented voices in publishing. Feature your titles in one (or all!) of the six Bookfest Genre Lounges as well as the "Amplifying Diverse Voices" pavilion to reach booksellers, librarians, reviewers, and avid readers.

YA | Children's | Romance | Sci Fi & Fantasy | Fiction | Nonfiction

This unique opportunity includes an engaging panel presentation AND lots of great title marketing. For past sessions, we’ve had 550-650 book professionals register for the live event. These are popular sessions and will no doubt be beloved at Bookfest as well!

Publishers can reserve space for $500 and feature one title of their choice.  Space is limited and submitted titles are subject to review. This reservation includes:

    • Publisher's name in event email and social media marketing.
    • A 5-minute time slot during the pre-recorded webinar to feature your title (to be scheduled in May). The pre-recorded session will be available in both the Genre Lounges and the Amplifying Voices pavilion at Bookfest.
    • Titles featured in a special newsletter after the event (June/July) to genre community members (includes jacket cover, title, author, pub date, and publisher).
    • Titles featured in an interactive Collaborate List within the genre community in Edelweiss Community for members.
    • Event recording shared with all registrants, on social media, and within the genre Community in Edelweiss Community.
    • An Edelweiss collection of featured titles will be created in Edelweiss to be shared on social media.

Submissions are due April 30th. Publishers will be notified of acceptance by May 4.

Titles should be authored by BIPOC or LGBTQ+ authors. Debut authors and rising voices encouraged!
