Linda has worked in the publishing industry for over 25 years and is a native New Yorker. She is passionate about justice, equity, and inclusion in the publishing industry and beyond. Duggins serves as President of the Queensbridge Scholarship Fund, serving college bound students in the Queensbridge and Ravenswood housing developments in the New York City area, and has been featured in both the New York Times and Publishers Weekly.
Marvin Williams
Founder of Logical Owl
Marvin is the founder of Logical Owl, a technology business based in Detroit, MI. His company provides technology services to healthcare providers, nonprofits, and other businesses. He is also a mentor at Lawrence Technological University.
Daniela Plunkett

Daniela Plunkett (they/them) is the Edelweiss Manager for Macmillan Publishers. They hold a BA in Mass Communication from State University of New York (SUNY) College at Oneonta and a MLIS from Queens College, City University of New York (CUNY). They are a lover of literary fiction, poetry, and science fiction.
Annie Rubin

Annie is the President of Above the Treeline. Early in her career, Annie was part of the core team that grew Caribou Coffee to a national presence. She has experience in management consulting, organizational development, and human development. Annie is currently the Chair of the Foundations Preschool Board of Directors and is in the process of obtaining her Master of Divinity at Chicago Theological Seminary.

Allison's career comprises of top tier law firm, in‐house legal, and investment experience. She received her JD degree with honors from University of Maryland School of Law and is a summa cum laude graduate of Syracuse University. Allison serves on the Board of Directors of Children’s Law Center and the Board of Trustees of the National Center for Children and Families.

Christine is a manager at the Detroit Public Library. She’s an alum of Wayne State University and Central Michigan University. She's passionate about ensuring diverse voices and perspectives are available for her patrons and community.
