Joram Clervius is a Senior Engineer and leads a front-end development for an internal platform at Jam City. Jam City was founded by former Myspace co-founders, their award winning mobile games are played by tens of millions of people across the globe. Prior to Jam City, Joram was a team lead at Nexient, a Software Development Consulting firm in Ann Arbor Michigan. Joram was born and raised in Haiti. He picked up music shortly after immigrating to the US, earning a scholarship to join Florida A&M University’s Marching band. He entered the tech industry after graduating from Lambda School, where he was recognized for his achievements with the naming of their largest Hall ‘Clervius Hall’. In addition to programming, he is also passionate about bodybuilding and philanthropy. Over the past decade, his family’s nonprofit has grown their school in Haiti to 700+ students.
